Breakfast food was good. But the walk up stand and little patio were better. There’s only four tables but it’s nice to hang out there

Coffee was great, we had a mocha and a cappuccino. Wonderful on their own and a breakfast burrito to go with it! Only outside seating, luckily the table was in the sun (perfect for an October morning).

Their food is delicious!! The muffin of the day was one of the best muffins I've ever had. However, their coffee (I had a regular latte) was not great. I'm wondering if their espresso machine needs to be cleaned and tuned...?

After several friends suggested we stop here, we wandered over before a morning full of skiing. It has the quaintest atmosphere, a little walk up window where you can order a tasty burrito and coffee. We opted for the Local Burrito and we were not disappointed! The service is top-notch too. The owner took our order and was the nicest guy! Asked about our day, wished us a good time on our ski day. Just a genuinely good human. We don't visit Breck often, but when we do, we'll definitely stop in!

Christen and Lex are “Simplice” amazing. Latte was the best I’ve ever had and they’re honestly so kind. Love the overall vibes of this place and you can’t go wrong with any of the burritos!!

This cute little coffee place/Cafe right in the middle of Breck is perfect place for a quick bite or hot coffee to keep warm. Tried the breakfast burrito and it definitely ranks up there with some of the best we've ever had. Also had a coffee and Chai which were decent but nothing to knock your socks off.

We stopped for breakfast on the last day of our long weekend. We had the local burrito, which was truly special and yummy. A unique combo of flavors and honestly the best burrito I've had in quite a while. We would come again in a heartbeat and highly recommend.
